I have a spare fan, Put it on my radiator?

Currently I have 3 fans on the roof of my Cosmos S like this :

Should I put it on the radiator from inside the case pushing? Would it harm cooling as it will be 1 fan pushing and 3 fans pulling?

hmmm
i would say switch it entirely
make 3 of them pushing, and then make the1 you have over pulling...

That's how I set mine up actually. Had air pushing from outside -> to radiator -> inside case. Just so I can get the cool air from outside the case, I didn't do it the other way around cause I believe your gonna be pulling heat from the gfx card etc through the radiator.

Problem I have is that I can't get 3 fans on the inside of my case because the VRM cooler on the top of my motherboard is quite large and blocks the 3rd fan from being install.

I meant I installed my fans where you are showing them in your pic. Ontop, not inside the case.
