Basically, turn your clock frequency up, stress test, monitor temps, if crashes, raise voltage by a bit, repeat. Also if underclock your RAM if you have to.

I can set those up ALL the way and it's stable but there is no performance increase or even statistical increase according to my "true cpu speed" test programs.
