Mine always come up as that with stock Windows messenger, and msnmsg.exe with Live. >.>

yeah, Win Live Msg is MsnMsgr... the basic messenger program is acting up, so you need to disable it.

Here's how:

Start>Run>msconfig>Startup and remove the tick in the box beside msmsgs and click apply. Restart your PC and it should never bother you again.
