I want to get the best 7200 rpm HDD with at least 250gb. My budget is ~70-80$. Primarily i'll use this drive for games.

I might go with one of these:

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST31000528AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Thanks guys.

I've heard that the Spinpoints were good, but I can only speak for the Caviar Black, I used one in my Father's build. It's great and hasn't given him any trouble. My vote's for the WD.

Samsung F3 outperforms the caviar black in RAID 0.

You mean Samsung F3 RAID?

F3 has higher sequential speeds, and Black has lower access times. Both are important for a drive to feel fast.

They're pretty on-par for desktop use. I prefer WD Blacks for the warranty, and because the F3's are never on sale in Canada.

Nice choice.

Samsung F3 short stroked down to 320 or so should be pretty darn quick...
WD Black would have better access times, but slower sequential times... since you mentioned games, a lot of them need sequential times... depends on the game.
