is your ram installed over both CPU's?
I need help My computer is only seeing one cpu

I wonder how many threads taskmanager shows. OP, open up taskmanager and look at how many CPUs it shows in the Performance tab. Are all active if you load up something like a benchmark or app that can use all of them? If it's showing 4 there, and 4 CPU's in device manager, then I wouldn't think there's a problem.

i had it on windows 7 home premium x64 and i now upgraded using a ultimate key i now see 4 cores 2 cpus
