It is at 1.485v, now Im from 2.4 to 3.0 to 3.1 as said from earlier post. now I wanted to go up to 3.2 as I said. How far do I raise it? PS. Im using a 300Watt PS

Dont ever take a jump when playing with voltages. Go up .25v - .5v at a time untill you reach stability while keeping an eye on your temps.

Also a good rule of thumb is that you dont want to keep have cpu running more than 15-20% more voltage than stock, that should be the limit to be well on the safe side.

The wattage of your PSU is pretty weak though, so you might start seeing stability problems when you ask more of it. I recommend for your next upgrade to consider a 500W+ good quality PSU.

u need a mobo that supports temp. sensor to read the temp, right?

if u have the mobo that does it, how do u check it? would CPU-Z tell u?
