there is no such thing as best possible build... for me I think of AMD as getting the best out of your budget right now... but if you are looking for a build that you are going to sit on for quite some time then its best to wait... 940BE is not an AM3 socket so i wouldnt suggest you getting a 940BE if you are planning on using AM3 Board and DDR3 in the future... am3 chips are compatible with AM2+ boards so you can get a AM2+ board that wouldnt break the bank... then again you can get i7 since you dont have a budget in mind... comparing a best build of AMD with Intel i7 wouldnt work lol...

the problem is you have no budget to work with... amd is more on a budget wise build and not about going all out... best thing you can do is wait till you get the budget... people in here can throw you any build as long as you have a target budget...

just buy your GPU, PSU, CASE, FANS then next month check out 945BE then if theres a better AM3 Board get it and also a ddr3 ram... if not get a 720BE+any SB750 mobo just take into consideration whos the maker and what are the response from other people...
