I have been overclocking all day and right now I'm at the following settings and would like to ask if someone can help me whether or not this is save and stable or if it should require some more fine running. My goal after this is 5ghz and then nothing more.
Use something like Prime95 for 12-24 hours and if you make it through, you should be stable. As far as your chip goes, it's right on the average for voltage. Keep in mind though that the more voltage you pump threw it, the shorter the chip's lifespan will be.
Do an Intel Burn Test on Very High, it does 10 pass. If you pass that without hard freeze or BSOD, usually a good indication of stability. Then I would just do another Intel Burn test after that, instead select custom and use about 80-90% memory usage. If you pass that too, then you should definitely be stable.
