No don't use prime95. It's terrible. If you got 17/20 runs then you are close to a good OC. You may want to run more than 20 tests since it seems like it doesn't take very long to run 1 test on IBT. For me 1 run takes like 11 minutes, so 20 runs for me is a hell good OC.

I'm not really familiar with LLC, to be honest... so I really can't help ya with that.

btw ibt takes 1 minute 40 sec per run on high on my comp so I really like it compared to prime
Yeah, I run mine on MAX. With 8GB of RAM it takes forever to run 1 test. Good Luck.

IBT will run your CPU hotter that it would get if you were gaming. So you could go a little higher on the OC if you wanted to.

isn't Prime95 essential in stability testing?

Alright, Good Luck.

yea LLC is good when your trying to keep the voltage as low as possible so that it doesnt go any lower, I was able to run 3.8GHz at 1.31v, but needed LLC to ensure it doesnt drop below that through vdroop. LLC is fine for low voltages but intel doenst recommend it for higher voltages. Vdroop is there to prevent the chip from ever going higher than the setting, but if the settings low enough its fine
