You should be able to. I had a i5 760, and i7 870 with 2 OC'd gtx470's which draw more power running off a hx750 with no issues. I would think the lower power consumption of the gtx460's would be fine on your PSU.
Well the i5 benchmarks are at stock clocks, so this means the hx 650 will barely run this combination and I should have no space/little space to overclock my CPU.
Am I right?
