get an i7 2600k! go for it!
I'm leaning a bit towards the 2600K side, but I'm open to any suggestions. I really don't have anything I really want, so I really don't know. Hm.Originally Posted by Syrillian;12037002
I'd stick with your current processor (still a very viable CPU) and spend the money on something else you want.
I was thinking a C300. But my current motherboard doesn't support SATA 6.0Gb/s nor does it support 8x/8x PCIe lanes (which rules out the second 5770).Originally Posted by bleedingRoue;12037022
SSD? 2nd 5770? Both?
that i would save for ivy bridge....Originally Posted by Ipwnnubletz;12037129
Let's say I went for SSD. I'd still have around $275 left over. Wat do
Ivy bridge is still 1155 yeah?Originally Posted by this n00b again;12037154

i have both i7-930 and i5-2500k
All i see are minimal differences. I think the i7-930 is still quicker. better off saving for ivy-bridge.
