i7 860 is all you really need if your gaming...with a beastly single solution
i7 920 + dual channel
Just finalizing a build here, and I would like to go with the $80 2x2GB DDR3-1600 ripjaws on newegg right now, instead of paying $130+ for a 6GB kit.
I know i7 does dual channel, and that it doesn't really affect performance, but what about overclocking? Would it be better or worse in dual channel mode?
