Can some post or Email me their AmI bios settings for a overclocked i7-930 cpu to 4.0.

Don't know for sure what to set the settings too.

MoBo: Asus p6x58d pre
Cpu: i7 930 DO
Ram: Corsair xms pc16000 ddr3 2000Mhz (3x2gb)
PS: 750 watt

CPU cooler: stock will have to upgrade,trying to decide which to get.

Cant, no 2 setups will be the same. It's up to you to figure it out but you can get a ball park figure from others.
