What should my system be at? I heard its best to have the Ratio closest to 1:1...but mine is 2:12? Is something wrong? I'm trying to get the most out of my system on stock cooling without too much OC.

Thanks for any help. System specs are:
i7-930
eVga X58 SLI LE
Corsair XMS3 - DDR3-1600
Radeon 5770
600W OCZ PS
OCZ 60GB vertex SSD

There is no "ratio" to speak of, and the "12" number is just your memory multiplier.

12 (multiplier) x 133 (BCLK) = memory speed.

If that's the rated speed, then yes.

It's in the XMP profile for your RAM, but I'm guessing you're not using XMP. Just set it to read your XMP profile, or set the timings manually - either way you're good to go.

Set the memory to 8X and ALWAYS have the Uncore multiplier be twice the Memory, so in that case, 16X. If your motherboard has a MCH strap, then set that to 1600mhz if your ram is running just under it (which it would for 4.0Ghz)
