Does the below look ok/safe for 24/7 OC, I will be gaming mostly and the temp never go past low 70's. I'm more concerned/confused about the Vcore, i have set 1.38 Vcore in the bios for 5.2Ghz, cache ratio 49, LLC 6 and all is stable. I will also be deliding the CPU to try drop 5-10C.

FYI, i am running dual 420 rads and a single D5 pump with a 3090FE in the loop.

I'm most confused between VCORE and VID #0-9, which one shows the actual voltage the CPU is receiving?

So i installed 1.9.3, it shows

Asus Maximus Formula z490
If you selected die-sense in BIOS WH-info will show the voltage received by the CPU (Vcore).

You just need to set DC_LL according to LLC.

For LLC#4 use DC_LL=1.1

For LLC#5 use DC_LL=0.8

For LLC#6 you need to test, I dont know the value for it.

I think for LLC#6 you culd try DC_LL=0.4

Do the following:
Try DC_LL=0.4 and compare VID to Vcore at full load.

If VID < Vcore you need to lower DC_LL.
If VID > Vcore, rise it.

When VID=VCore at full load the DC_LL is tunned.

When DC_LL was tunned you will see that power read by CPU = power read by mother board.

Use CB-R23 to stress CPU.
