When I plug my DAC in through USB (Into the USB 3.0 Ports on the back of the motherboard), the DAC powers up, but I get no indication that I've plugged anything in from Windows. I've tried changing the default audio controller, but nothing shows up that is a USB output.

The DAC works fine when connected to my S3 through USB.

Well, since there do not appear to be drivers on the site for the DAC, the only things I could recommend are try switching the USB cable out and then try it on other computers (preferably with different versions of Windows for the sake of thoroughness) and if it doesn't work anywhere then call Ibasso because the USB port on the DAC or something with the chipset might be bad.
