Im gonna say no since the sound drivers don't load until you have logged on.

Ok guys,most of you people will say "What's the meaning of the title?"
It means,you say something to your mic and it logs in to your OS(just like fingerprint ones but with sound),clicks something on the screen,opens a file etc.
Is this possible?Or is something for this out and if it is can you put a link to this thread?

Its possible, but it would need to be an external device to analyze your voice. Windows doesn't have voice login support like it does with fingerprints. You could probably do it in Linux though.
