Use it to suck hot air from the top of your 9800GTX+ and push it out of the case.

Attach it to the end of a woodwind for automated grooving.

Considering that its probably UBER loud, you should probably annoy people with it.

northbridge is under a Noctra U6B already,
a slot cooler? you can use it to help cool your graphics card by evacuating the hot air trapped under it
what would i plug the lil 2 pin conector to though ?
you can mod a molex to take it i bet you just have to find out what are the 12 volt leads
I have one laying around too, although bigger.

Only reasonable place I would put it is on top of a hard drive. I let go of the idea because an 80mm fan would do a better job and look cleaner.

What I would do is remove all the plastic until you have just the flat heatsink left. Then with that there's many uses.
I'd like to add, I just looked at my old 7900GT stock fan, wow its tiny compared to yours, and its a 7600 fan too!
USB Laptop cooler! I made one out of my x850xt fan

+1 to that!
Seriously either that or take off the heatsink and use the plastic body with the fan as a turbine.

Yeah looks like it is.

Edit: pic added of how I think the air flows in the fan housing.
