I think for the sake of boredom we should start a thread with all the idiot reviews we can find on newegg. it's fun.<br />
<br />
I'll go first.<br />
<br />
<div style="margin:20px; margin-top:5px; ">
<div class="smallfont" style="margin-bottom:2px">Quote:</div>
<table cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="99%">
<tr>
<td class="alt2" style="border:1px inset">

Overheated once on Prime95 "torture test" after 3 hours in an extremely small cabinet with poor ventilation,

</td>
</tr>
</table>
</div><a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/CustratingReview.asp?item=N82E16819115004" target="_blank">http://www.newegg.com/Product/Custra...82E16819115004</a><br />
<br />
E6400 review.<br />
<br />
and don't forget on the same thing:<br />
<div style="margin:20px; margin-top:5px; ">
<div class="smallfont" style="margin-bottom:2px">Quote:</div>
<table cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="99%">
<tr>
<td class="alt2" style="border:1px inset">

Should of purchased the extreme.

</td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>bad grammar. and yeah, you should <i>have</i> purchased the extreme. for... four times as much?

Should change the title, makes it sound like Newegg are idiots... which they're not. <img src="/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Big Grin" class="inlineimg" /> Although I wouldn't mind it if RAM prices went back down...

Pros: Dude I was able to get these puppies up to 500 fsb as well after reading the previous review. They get a little hot but I have a walmart fan that I use to keep them cool.<br />
<br />
Cons: A little hot at 500fsb<br />
<br />
Other Thoughts: I have my processor (AMD 3000+)running a 5.43ghz with just a heatsink and no fan.

Lol you should have seen that review of the FX-60 I posted a few months ago. A guy said his is at 6.4Ghz or something rediculous like that. I think newegg deleted the review.<br><br>
Newegg reviews are very helpful, but I freaking HATE it when people just post crap about products that they have no experience with. If people want to know about whether a certain cpu is a good decision, they'll come to OCN to get a second opinion <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Big Grin"><br><br>
Here is an example:<br><br><div style="margin:20px;margin-top:5px;">
<div class="smallfont" style="margin-bottom:2px;">Quote:</div>
<table border="0" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0" width="99%"><tr><td class="alt2" style="border:1px inset;">

<div style="font-style:italic;">Good chip. AM2 will not make this chip obsolete. The acutal performance gain with DDR2 and the chip is minimal. And x2 4800+ costs over 600, while an opteron 165 costs 320 and overclocks higher. If you've done your research like a good lil boy you'll know opterons are hotter the pancakes<br><br>
Cons: People need to research stuff before they say things. :p<br><br>
Other Thoughts: Great chip a lil on the expesnive side.</div>
