It should be in your start menu as Internet Explorer 64-bit. I don't think there's a lot of support out there for 64 bit browsers though (like Adobe and what not), unless that's changed recently.

It's the 32bit version that came with Vista. And Java is complaining that it is 32bit.
There's one for Windows XP x64, but all I see specifically stated for Vista x64 is IE 8.
