I decided to download all the games on Steam and Origin that I never installed before including Max Payne 3 and Dead Space series. When I fired those games up, computer froze immediately. Was able to launch the game though when I reset my BIOS.

I have had this computer overclocked for 8-9 years and never had any issues. But when the GPU broke, had to switch to the integrated graphics so we can still use it.

So is the iGPU causing it to not launch the games when OC'ed? TIA!

You just have to change your settings for the overclock. Enabling the iGPU uses board resources and CPU resources. I don't know what you'll have to change, but, I think you'll have to start from stock and work your way back up to 4.5 GHz and accept that your settings can't be the same as they were. If I were to guess, it's just not getting enough power to a few different things, including the core voltage.

This is why it's recommended to disable as many onboard devices as possible when overclocking.
