Ok I was supposed to sleeve my power supply but I think I just ran into a major problem. I have an antec quattro 1200 and I see two big issues. The first issue is there are capacitors on I think every cord for stability but this pretty much prohibits any ability to sleeve the wires, the second is the 24 pin connector to the motherboard had kind of a different shaped head which I see causing issues when putting the wires back in there slots. If you know a way around these two things or have some link that may help please let me know. Here are some pics of what I am talking about:

The black cylinder things have capacitors inside of them, and I dont know if you have a good view but the 24 pin connector is also a little different.

Solution: Buy a new PSU. Those caps are there for a reason.
