That seems like a solid OC, I run a similar ratio on my Nvidia, but don't know how ATI's work as far as clock speeds. 600ish core and I run 750, but much higher and it's problematic

i am experiencing many vpu recovery errors with my ati hd4850 and i believe its due to the clock values being set to high. All screenshots of my card show 600/650mhz and 1000mhz my clock spped is set at 750/1000 is this the problem?
EDIT: i set the card to 700mhz core and 1000mhz memory and its worked fine so far. Was 750mhz too high ffor it to cope?
