My CM Storm Spawn just died the other day after over 4 years of use.

I'm looking for something comfortable with good build quality and decent sensor.
My hand size is 17.5 cm from wrist to middle finger tip and 8.5 cm across the width of the palm.
I play, in order of frequency: Path of Exile, CSGO, and Tera.

Razer products are out of the question.

Edit: I do not want another Spawn shaped mouse, it caused fatigue and wrist pain after long PoE sessions.

it's not a bad mouse IME. not the best but shape is the most important if the rest is alright.

I can only speak for myself, but if we're talking pure comfort, these are my absolute favourites:

EC2-A
G400
ZA13
Rival 300
G303 (you plebs can hate all you want, I actually found it quite comfortable, needs to get used to first though)

In order as what I find most comfy is probably EC2-A, G400, Rival 300, ZA13.. but thats mostly because I just prefer ergonomic mice in general, but the ZA13, despite being ambi, sits quite well in my hands. G303 I will need to get used to it at first, but I always end up loving it.

Shapes I absolute hated was the FK1/2, mionix castor and Deathadder. I also have 17 / 17.5 hand size. And I mainly use a hybrid between claw and palm, but mostly claw.

There is no single most comfortable mouse and in fact there is not a single mouse that will even be at all comfortable for everyone even without taking hand size in to account. You need to at least say what type of grip you prefer and giving examples of shapes you like would help a lot more. No one can really tell you what shape will be good for you personally. If you give an idea what type of shapes you like people can suggest mice with other similar shapes or tell you about the technical parts of the mouse and whether another one with a similar shape may perform better, but what is comfortable depends on a huge number of factors and is subjective.

Kinzu is the most comfortable mouse imo, it's not high quality though so i would try Zowie FK2 which has very similar shape.

Logitech G502 with all weights removed.

Some people still think its to heavy without the weights but for me its the best mouse i ever used.

Rival 100
Logitech g303
Zowie EC2

Would be my top picks for your hand size

I personally use the 303.

I'm a big fan of the kinzu shape, but I definitely do not think the FK2 is close to it. The FK2 is longer and the kinzu is wider. FK2's butt keeps hitting my palm uncomfortably because it doesn't have the width. They should release a FK2+ aswell.

Dang *** this post and my rep... 666 & 66 LOL
Do you have it? Are you sure it's A3090? I thought it used the A3050, unlike the gx1-pro.

I grip my G303 immediately behind the corner via my thumb and my ring and pinky fingers above the corner.

I got my hands on a G400. I like the shape but it's a bit too high and causes the palm to unnatural arch upwards. Mouse button 1 and 2 are also a bit stiffer than I'm used to.
If you could recommend something based off that I would appreciate.

I'm still looking at the Naos 7000 and EC2.
What is the difference between the zowie mice (Am, Fk1, fk2, ec2, etc) ?

EC2 should be a decent choice.

Difference between AM and the rest is the sensor and shapes. AM has 3090, rest of the gang got 3310.

Edit: Oh and FK have pretty stiff clicks. EC should be lighter though.
