Bought an Incipio case for $20 at walmart a couple months ago and decided to go ahead and post a short review on it.
Incipio Grey Semi Rigid Soft case for the Iphone 4
Purely for identification reasons. Here's a link to the product:

The price was cheap at $20, this was during release date~ so many places were sold out in cases or had the stupidly overpriced cases costing $40+ for nothing more then a dumb design on the back of the case. My sister found this case at Walmart for $20, when looking for a case. Surprisingly it came with a screen protector which was cheap but did it's job well, and the case. When I first saw the case I noticed it made the Iphone 4 seem bulky but it actually looked okay. What astounded me was the material. I immediately knew it would be shock absorbent.
I decided to test the dropping with my sisters cases, and it passed. So I bought it.
2 months later I am still happy with it, and it has protected my Iphone 4 from many drops both intentional (testing) and unintentional.
Overall for the price. It's definitely good when protection is in mind. Looks wise... well what can I say it is bulky.
Here's a video I made today in response to this thread:

Video
Keep in mind while the drop tests may seem severe, they're not. Iphone 4 is known to withstand drops of 3 feet without case with little no damage. Able to withstand drops from shoulder height (5 ft) with moderate chipping and scuffing. With a case, it's reduced to nearly little to no risk. Since the surface is flat, and the case is not flimsy the glass never makes contact with the ground.
I apologize for the video quality, it had to be compressed because I did not have an Iphone 4 cable. (The video was recorded with another Iphone 4 that my sister uses, after leaving her Nexus One (On Froyo) for the Iphone 4 because of the screen (reads a lot), and sound quality (Nexus One= probably the worst I've heard on a phone.)
Drops were done in the most aerodynamic way possible, to allow for the lowest amount of drag, which is a straight drop with the phone held vertically.
The height of the drops:
1st Drop: 1 foot~
2nd Drop: 2-3 feet~
Final Drop: Shoulder height at 5 feet and some inches.
The floor: Hard tile. Harder then cement for sure, but of course much smoother..
No damage to the phone.
Warning: If you want to troll like you did in my previous post, please expect me to report it to the staff. If it gets out of hand I am sure moderators will give out infractions for multiple offenses.
This is my device, therefore is beyond your opinion of how I use it. The drop tests were done to give you PROOF not just give you some long review stating shenanigans. If you do not like it too bad, get over it.
I will clarify that the Phone was NOT purchased just for this testing. It was purchased 2 months ago out of a need for a smart phone. This phone is being utilized for personal and work uses, so I can assure you it is well treated and well kept...
I am not paid by anyone to do this, use common sense. I am not gizmodo or enadget with thousands of readers.. To be honest I have means of making an income, so I wouldn't need to take payment anyways.
