Increasing fan RPM

Is there a way to do this? I have 5 fans in my pc, but it still runs too hot for my liking... is it possible to increase the RPMs of one or more of them without changing them out for new fans or doing anything actually to the fan? by which i mean just using software.

you can use speedfan to run them at full speed all the time. If you wan more speed than that you'll need to overvolt, which you can't do through software
You can usually overvolt a fan to 13v safely. However, this is usually via dedicated PSU voltage control. Since you have 5 fans already and have temp issues.... I don't think just more fans airflow will help.
Well, I don't have issues as such, it runs on average around 35 degrees celcius (CPU), I just want it cooler. Where is/where do I get speedfan?
