When submitting a Bug Report all submissions should be made in our Submit Bug Report forum. Please do not submit bug reports to any other forums as they will not be ticketed.

When reporting please include the following information:

  • Reproducibility: Were you able to reproduce this problem consistently?
  • Repro Steps: What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?
  • Expected: What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?
  • Notes: Any additional information that will help us diagnose the issue
  • Browser, active browser addons, and operating system
  • URL where the issue occurs
When creating a bug report, please be sure to use an accurate and concise thread title as to the issue.

Once we receive the report we will look through your findings and attempt to replicate and confirm the issue. Once confirmed Overclock.net Management will then move your bug report to the Confirmed Bugs/Technical Issues forum for further investigation by our software development team. We will follow up with you on your bug report thread should we need any further information or if we have solved the issue.

Once we have solved the issue your bug report will then be moved to our Resolved Bugs/Technical Issues forum.

A note regarding supported browsers:

We officially support:
Firefox (All modern releases)
Chrome (All modern releases)
Safari 7.1+
Microsoft Edge
Internet Explorer 11+
Mobile Safari iOS 9+
Chrome for Mobile Android 4.4, 5.0-5.1, 6.0-8.0

Certain derivatives / upstreams (Chromium, Waterfox, etc) of these browsers may also be supported, depending on the kind of issue. We may also be able to accept bug reports for beta / prerelease / etc browsers, if they help us get out in front of an issue which will become widespread when that version of the software generally releases.

Any bugs relating to non-supported browsers will not be ticketed
