install new RAM first?

Hello. Long time reader, first time poster here, and im a novice at over clocking

I currently have the i7 920 at stock speeds. I just purchased 6gb of ddr3 1333 RAM. I know that the i7 920 at stock speeds only uses 1066 speeds and i need to overclock the 920 to be able to take advantage of the 1333 RAM, and i'm looking to get at least 3-3.2 ghz out of the 920. So my question is, should I overclock the CPU first then install the new RAM or install RAM first? Thanks in advance....
