well I got my ninja today and thankfully it fit in my centurion. I installed it without removing the mobo from the case because I was quite lazy. Anyhow I had regular post before but it seems now I get 2 quick beeps. did i anger the memory when I installed the sink? The fan (nexus, wow do they know what they are doing!)) is just about touching the memory but I dont see how that could really hurt it. What can i do to figure out whats wrong? Heres a pic of the beast:

damn that thing is big! i hope its not bending your mobo. beeps mean something is unhappy. either ram isn't seated right or possibly video card. you may have banged it installing that giant. reseat both and see if it helps.

Two Beeps is a POST/CMOS Error which means that some component is not being recognized or is damaged.

You are getting two beeps, then post and you then move into Windows?

I would reset the BIOS and allow the BIOS to re-enumerate all the components. Do you have a DVD/CD on your IDE controller?

Go into your boot settings and disable "Boot Logo". When the system boots up you can then press the "Pause" key when you hear the beeps. What do you see on the display at that time?

Yes, you can however go into:

Onboard Device Configuration > IDE Function Setup > and disable the controller that is not being used. Primary or Secondary.

If you are not using RAID you can also:

Onboard Device Configuration > NVRAID Configuration > RAID Enable and disable it

well the nexus is plugged into the cpu fan plug and its spinning and asus probe and speedfan both detect it . Strange though if that is the case since the double beep stopped but the speech reported still says cpu fan failed...

maybe plug the fan on the ninja into a different plug, then plug a different case fan into the cpu fan plug on the mobo...
