I'm in the market for a motherboard, there are alot of choices for my P4 northwood. But after filtering out the models, its coming down to choose between Intel 865G or Via PM800 chiped board, Which a better performer? and by how much? I'd want to overclock to.

Thanks

Via chipsets suck for overclocking because they usually don't let you lock the PCI busses that will give you problems later. The obvious choice here would be the 865G.
