10 isnt anywhere near enough IMO 100 IBT passes plus 100 LinX plus 24hrs P95 IMO is a stable machine..... My rig has now been on for 9 days straight [email protected] i7 Linux bigadv and both 285's [email protected] GPU.

I dont believe any 20 pass machine is fully stable and anyone who tells you other wise is F.O.S!!!

For Gaming Stable I would be Looking at 50 LinX passes, 50 IBT (but I dont use this software dont like it) and 7 hrs of each test in P95, that I IMO would accept for a gaming stable OC.

To each his own, but that's overkill. 10 - 20 IBT passes, followed by a 24 hour Prime 95 blend test just to be sure. But I never had a problem with any OC after 20 IBT runs.

IBT gets your cpu hot fast. I dont get as concerned abut the heat with it as you will probably never simulate that kind of strain in any program. Temps in the 75c range are normal for IBT... That would probably equal 62 - 65c in Prime95 small FFT's

For testing on IBT I run at least 50 passes. I have passed 20 on IBT but failed a Prime blend at 7.5 hours, but generally when I pass 50 on IBT everything else is good...

Putting it on high settings justs adds the ram into the mix. Unless your overclocking your ram too, its not necessary
