The 65NM Celerons D's are great overclockers and get some stupid speeds. <br />
However it being the Prescott core its still known to get toasty even with a 65nm fabrication and with High overclocks so you will want to consider getting a good cooler also.
<a href="http://www.frozencpu.com" target="_blank">www.frozencpu.com</a> has the best air cooler being sold now on the first page. Look for the "Tuniq Tower 120". Hurry, there's only a few left in stock and make sure your motherboard is compatible with it.
I had a crazy one - 2.66 that ran at 3.7 full-time on stock cooler.<br />
For showing off I could clock it up to 4+ but the stock cooler was definately letting it down. Only ran for an hour or so under full load before bombing out.<br />
That chip still holds my personal superPI record. I miss it.
