If the bios is locked and no overclocking software works (not that it is recommended to use an overclocking software anyway), then I'm afraid you are out of luck.

You could use techpowerup's throttle lock to lock in the turbo boost multiplier... I do that when I'm gaming. Helps a little bit...but sure gets hot, around 80c in games, surprisingly only around 63C in prime. I guess linked CPU and GPU cooling really hits hard on gaming temps...
