Your best bet might be negotiating with someone in the US to buy a new 3770K($229/150 GBP) at a micro center and ship to you.

If you think about it though uf you buy it from microcenter you have to also deal with tax plus postage to ship from across sea will I think be more than getting it from a forum member nearby
