intel DQ67 died

Last night my mobo won't post. Tried one dimm, different supply and removing the GPU. I tired to reset the CMOS and removed the battery still no luck

I got this as a sample from an Intel Rep and no hope of RMA.

SO is there any other good P67 in mATX form factor other then the ASUS m-pro?
