Hi i overclock as long as i have pc's
it started with my 1st system Pentium 1 66 MHz
oc'd to 110 MHz
then my Pentium MMX 133 MHz to 233 MHz
Intel Celeron 633 MHz to 760 MHz
now i have bougt me a¨Pentium 4 515 2.93 GHz some time ago and i started overclocking it to 3.2 GHz with my Foxconn Mobo i coudnt go further
i didnt have agp so i bought me a Gigagyte Mobo
without knowing i could oc verry much beyond 3.2 GHz
i have it now stable at 4.07 GHz but i want to go further its not to hot
what happens when i try to oc it more
the pc starts u hear the beep it stops reboots and resets the whole bios
185 MHz is my FSB whats wrong with it is it the vcore thats stopping me ?
is it the ram it is Kingstonn ValueRam DDR400 PC3200 its at DDR424 i can overclock it further at lower fsb example
3.8 GHz 22*173 i can go as high as DDR494 or DDR492
but i know thats not safe hehe .
how can i go higher then 4.07 GHz ? memory timings are relaxed
