Intel Pro/1000 GT vs onboard Marvell 88E8056

My motherboard has two Marvell 88E8056 NICs built in on the PCI-e bus. I just found an Intel Pro/1000 GT PCI NIC laying around, and I'm wondering if it would be better than the onboard that I have now. Any insight?

What are your onboard rated at?
10/100/1000, same as the Intel NIC.
No difference, unless you want to team your internet connection with another device.
There are some major differences, mainly in the more advanced settings though. Such as Driver Level tweaking. Otherwise, not really any that you would see on a normal basis.
The PRO/1000 GT does offer some offloading capabilities.... it will be better.
