Some of you know that i had a plan to install a dual stealth radiator on the top of my cm690. I planned it out and came across a few issues but worked through them and i end result is this.
I cut the plastic area first that was blocking my radiator

Then i cut the metal mesh grill on the top, took a few blades.

Today i cut out the area where the radiator would sit

This is how it would sort of look like

I filed down the edges to give a bit more room for the radiator fans

The holes i drilled for the zip ties

End product and i found that i did not need the zipties at all

I had to make some last minute adjustments with the plastic on the top panel and currently the radiator is sitting slanted but right now i am just exhausted and my body is aching. Thank you all for looking and thank you Juggalo and others who have helped.

those weird jaggies are from cutting the fan grills, i still have to make some minor adjustments so the rad sits flat but i will do that probably tomorrow or thursday.

I used my brother's Canon EOS digital rebel XTI he doesn't like it when i use it for these build logs because i turn it off and on a lot because i dont want to use up the batter, also it's not good to do that with these professional cameras.

I need to get stronger blades because the ones that came with my dremel are not good for cutting metal they like to snap into pieces or shrink smaller than a skittle even when i let the blade do the work and not force it.

I don't know if all members who make these build logs use professional or expensive cameras i was just telling you what i was using. If you want detail and excellent picture quality then you will need a really good camera, my bro bought the XTI for around $400 but if you want to buy the same camera buy the black model it is the professional one, don't buy the silver one.

Thanks i plan on fixing it tomorrow so the rad sits flush with the top panel or at least flat, right now if you were put a tennis ball or marble on the top it would just roll right off the side. You can see how slanted it is and that just annoys me a lot, also i am going to put my ultra kaze 3Ks on the rad and see what kind of temps i get. Right now i got my 120 X 25mm 88cfm yate loons on and they are remarkably quiet compared to before but then again i had like 5 yate loons in my case when i first had the case and it was really loud.

It would keep you dremel from taking off on you also. Besides that, it looks really nice. I have a CM690 for the GF and like the way it looks. I might get a thinner rad and try to hid it under the mesh. Thanks for the great idea.

The rad wont fit under the mesh unless the rad is like half an inch thinner than mine and even then it might not fit.

How about you splice them ***atron. It's the plastic part that connects to the mobo that is blocking the fan, i could however shave off a bit but i saw that it was two separate pieces held together by the clip that hooks on the little thing on the mobo connector.
