Every time I boot up, I get this:
http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=2h87klh&s=6
Been dealing with it for awhile but decided to ask about it. Gets annoying that I can't just hit the button and walk away while it boots. I have to wait for it to get to that screen and then hit a button on the keyboard first.

Resetting the CMOS doesn't help either...

Did you try to load bios defaults
AND WHAT DID YOU DO JUST BEFORE THIS STARTED?
It looks like its trying to boot to some other media first, e.g. floppy, cd, external usb device etc. Reseting the bios won't fix this, you need to check your boot order in the bios and make sure its set to your primary hdd first.

I tried loading the defaults. It doesn't help.

And I don't actually remember when I first saw this. I just starting happening a couple days after I installed this motherboard. No idea why.

I checked boot order. Hard drive is set to first. And the only other media I have is a 2GB flash drive plugged in the back for readyboost. Removing it doesn't help.

Did you do a fresh os install? Its a new mobo yes?
ITS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO TAKE A HARDRIVE WITH AN OS ON IT FROM A DIFFERENT MOBO.
ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS.

I ran it with the old OS for about 15 minutes to make sure everything ran ok. Then I did a fresh install of Win 7 x64.

Well there might be something wrong with your mobo then, that message indicates that it sees something on the Hd to boot from but its not reading it properly, when you hit a key it tries again and boots successfully from the same hdd. You might have a corrupt boot sector or something on the drive, just for kicks you could try to put a windows cd in your drive and see if the computer goes straight to windows, I've seen that happen sometimes when the hard drive is missing something from the boot sector, so it loads the boot info from the cd then loads windows from the HDD. Not sure what causes that though.

Is your hdd a sata? And is it in ide mode in the bios.

Yea, it's an SATA 3Gb/s HDD. I'll check to see what mode it's in in the BIOS. Brb...

If that is set correctly in the bios, you can try replacing your sata cable, also make sure you dont have it kinked up, that will do it also

ONE MORE QUESTION, DID YOU UPDATE YOUR BIOS AT ALL BEFORE THIS HAPPENED?
I get that error if I forget to take out my flash drive before I boot.

Thats not going to be your issue anyways, if it is set to the wrong mode in the bios e.g. ahci vs ide, it won't go into windows period, it will just BSOD.

This is why I hate flash sticks some times lol. I've had them plugged in 24/7 before and they gave me problems. Don't know why tho.

Did you update your bios before this problem?
And you can also check to see if your sata cable is kinked. If its not try a different cable and sata port on the mobo.

Ok guys, looks like there was something in the BIOS that I missed. Drive A was set to FLOPPY even though I don't have a floppy drive. I set it to NONE and now the computer boots right up. Thanks all! +rep to everyone.
