iphantom anyone?

I was thinking about getting one of these for x-mas, has anyone used them? Or think they are worth it? To they work well? And will it block out torrent and FTP traffice I need. ANd also If it hides your IP how does that work when placing orders online. As I know the company I work for will cancel an order placed on a non-us IP address.
