Ok, so yesterday my sister decided that she has too many Apple products (Macbook, iPod Touch, iPad, iPhone 4) so she decided to give me her old 5th generation iPod (the one with the 30gb hard drive
). Now, the screen is messed up and I was wondering if there was a way to fix it.

As you can see, there are a bunch of stuck pixels.

dang. this isn't what I was hoping for. I thought maybe there was a trick to getting the pixels unstuck. Now i need to spend a whole $10 on a new screen. lol

This^.

Replacing the screen in the 5th Gen iPod I used to have was probably the easiest replacement I've ever done. As simple as installing/replacing RAM in a PC.
