Okay, so first the story:
I bought an iPod Touch 2nd gen and then a skin for it from iSkin.com. I loved the cover except the hole for the headphones was off just enough to make it annoying. I emailed them and got an RMA number. I didn't want my iPod Touch to be without a cover for two weeks while I waited for the new one so I worked it out that they would send me the new one and when I got it, I would return my old one. (see this thread for more)
It all went as planned until a couple nights ago. UPS knocked on my door and delivered yet another iSkin. So now I have two, and iSkin said to just keep it as it was their mistake. Great company.
So here is the freebie:

iSkin Duo for iPod Touch - it is brand new in the box. The red one. I have the same color and it is great. Hard plastic removable shell covers the screen so you can keep it in your pocket, even with your keys, and not worry. Also has a screen cover, blah blah blah. YOU WANT THIS!!! It is probably more awesome than the one you/someone you know already have.

Well, I don't use applications that much.
I would have to say my favorite free app is atomic fart, for those boring mornings at a friends house.. set the timer and put it under mom's chair, ect.
I don't buy anything off of iTunes so I don't have a favorite paid app
