Irritating 3dmarks error and can't overclock

I get this error everytime I overclock my card even 20mhz on anything. I will even ramp the fan speed up and tried different drivers. I had it MUCH higher yesterday so I don't know why it's acting up now. Once the driver stops responding and I get a black screen, it does this to every speed I set other than default.

I know 3 other people with this exact card and they all get 700+ on core and a hefty increase on the memory.. Why can't mine just overclock 40 mhz on the core! Lol.

Now I got it clocked to 700core/950mem and was running 3dmarks, tried putting the core to 710 and got the error.

I tried reverting back to 650 and I still have the error despite my card running 3dmarks higher before...

What the hellllllll....

Update!

I found it only does this when I alter the core clock, shaders currently at 1897 and the memory is at 970 and nothing has screwed up yet. As soon as I send the core clock 1 mhz over I get the error, this also happens in Vantage and some games.

Yea but I can't increase the core clock by even 1 mhz or I get errors.

Everything else is clocked high.

Think the card is fubar?
