The TRAS setting can be a bit odd sometimes. For instance, my Ram is faster 2-2-2-8 than 2-2-2-5. Test out a few settings and see which gives the quicker SuperPi time.

For high FSB on DDR2 such as DDR2-800 will want to run at around 4-4-4-12 if you run say DDR2-1000 I believe you have to run at 5-5-5-15
