I dont know what to buy i want the 1000w corsair but it cost to much and i dont know ifi need all that power so i looked at the 850w corsair and i was wondering will it be safe for my build if i go with 850w??
You can buy another vanilla GTX260 and overclock it to the same level, then SLI them. Should be fine. As for your power requirements, the HX850 is perfect.
850 is enough yes, but unless you really don't want to spend the extra money, I highly recommend going for the bigger one, unless (again) you are 100% sure you will never go to quad/tri sli. I made the mistake a few times getting PSU's that were too small.
Also, your 260's don't need to be the same clocks, but the faster one will downscale to match the slow one, iirc. I'm sure you could OC the slow one to match (or outperform) the faster one however.
