E1200 is rather slow. I'd say it's good enough for office use, but if you can get them like an E5200 (or E4600 is fine, though less power efficient) then that's what I'd use. Or else build them something based on an AMD Athlon II X2, with DDR3 memory so they have more upgrade options in the future.
