About one month ago I got my 6800 gt oc RMA'd without
any grief!
Now when my older Mx4000 is dead, I can not get thru in any fashion.
E-mails are getting bounced back:

4 hours total in three days of calling 800techsupport #
Without any answers.(they have the worst hold music!)
I even called long distance to main #
and at best get answering machine.

I figure some one here may know whats up?

I dont think so. I have a similar problem contacting them about a month ago no one seems to answer their phone. still contacting them to this day since i need to RMA my 7800 gt

Thanks for the link, tho I'm not quite there yet, as stated above
they may well be hosed by new video install @ support.
They've always been good to me but the BBB is a good thing to remember.

They are the leading nVidia sale in US.
Man if they are gone what a loss!

I spoke to a agent today over the phone about my RMA, after a solid 45 minute wait (listening to Dave Brubecks Time Out Album
) ...They failed to provide me with a tracking number for DHL courier service, and also failed to email or phone it in to me like they said they would. I filed my RMA on Dec 17 and have yet to recieve my replacement card. I'm 50% NFSMW with onboard GFX ewwww.

mine went back called a week ago got right on gave me no probs and had my rma in minutes.. it was a week ago. i emailed them about a tracking number and it didnt get bounced back??

Well I got thru to them. RMA on the way.
They have been slammed with X-mas gift support calls!
WHEW!
