Hello, I just noticed when I change the refresh rate of my monitor from 144hz to 60hz or even 100hz, the color in general change also, it becomes darker in 60hz and brighter in 144hz, the color tones change, is it normal?

The overshoot is taking a brighter edge.

Yes it's normal and it happens to all panels using this exact AUO panel.
And it's not the overshoot. Overshoot issues only can be seen in motion. It's gamma degradation.
At 60hz, the gamma is spot on and looks decently nice for a TN. At 144hz, the gamma drops much lower and everything gets washed out. 2.2 gamma becomes 1.8-1.9, but isn't as severe of a drop if the monitor has been warmed up for over an hour.

Interesting, I tested now with the default DVI-DL cable that came with the monitor and apparentely the color didn't change, but with the DisplayPort cable it does change a lot.
