Would 4-4,5Ghzbe hard for me if I had a H100 with proper fans?

Another question, I'm in a middle of a decision between following;

Should I go with this,

Intel i7 3770K
Asus Sabertooth Z77
Corsair Obsidian 550D
Corsair H100
EVGA GeForce GTX 680
Corsair TX V2 650W PSU
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 16GB CL9

Or this;

Asus P9X79 Intel X79
Intel Core i7-3820 3,6Ghz
EVGA GeForce GTX 680
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 32GB Kit, 1600Mhz
Corsair TX 650W V2
Corsair H100
Corsair Obsidian 550D

For me, they're equal at the price's side.

Especially if you get only 1 GPU, go for the 3770K. Higher overclock possible, faster clock/clock and lower power consumption.

Should I or should I not go for 2011?
X79 = 2011's chipset.

Yes, you should.

If you going for a 6 core later on (or whatever Ivy-E is going to be) or are going for multiple GPU's, then go with 2011. Otherwise 1155 is the better choice.

(to clarify, I meant higher overclock as in faster because it is faster clock/clock. Worded it a bit wrong)

clock/clock is irrelevant when higher clock means more performace.

650W is enough for SLI 680s and OC'd 3930K, dunno what you're talking about.

E: Actually, one last question.. Is there any big difference between the pro and the standard motherboard? Because I can't afford the pro atm. mostly because the standard version is 200$ less.

Sorry, missed the question.

You can take a look here http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_2011/P9X79/#specifications and http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_2011/P9X79_PRO/#specifications.

I don't see much difference that would be of importance to you.

Still, I would go for the 3770K if you don't plan on getting mulitple GPU's or IVB-E

Are you sure you're not hokies in disguise, lol?

Anyways. Here's my lowly 3820. It owned the leaderboard for a longtime, feeding four very fast cards.
