I'm a noob at overclocking . I need your help. what speed can I achieve in over clocking my system?

Welcome tho OCN IMO the older AMD CPUs don't get very high overclocks compared to Intel. Doesn't mean you cant try anyways! You have pretty good hardware I think if you keep it cool you should get a good OC. AMD rigs take far more tweaking to get good results. Since most Intels dont have HTT and such. Try 20-30mhz at a time keep temps under 55-60c and vcore under 1.45-1.50v 24/7 see how it goes. Make sure to fully stress test it with Orthos.
